Vevor 24v 5kW heater
Hello, I have a problem with the heater just a few days after installation, the pump is not working, E-04 appears on the display and the pump flashes, the pump no longer works, the voltage is correct at 25.6 vt. Contacted the seller several times but they keep telling me to check a link where I can’t find a solution. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

Mentore3 years agoThe problem, in these cases, starts with the word installation.
In case of a malfunction, it is difficult to tell whether the defect was inherent or whether it was caused by the installer. It would be useful to attach, to the return request, a statement of correct installation from the workshop that installed it.
