risks if I post in Italy and offer shipping

Sorry, this is the first time I’m posting an EBay listing. I have a doubt.
If I post in Italy (and offer shipping), is my listing also visible abroad, with the risk of having to cover the costs for an expensive shipment in the event of a purchase from a foreign country?
Could you please help me clarify this?

if you decide to sell and ship only in Italy, your listing will not be visible abroad.
