Respond to the buyer's dispute

Good evening, after a month since I received a payment into my account for the sale of a collectible banknote, I get a dispute from the buyer, the reason being that the buyer did not recognize the transaction. The package with the banknote was regularly delivered by UPS. The buyer is no longer active on eBay if I click on the name. Possible scam?

tracking alone is probably not enough for ebay/Paypal.

Add the POD (proof of delivery) to the documentation as well.
