Reprint already paid shipping label / shipping code | Questions and answers among users

I'm living a nightmare....After paying for the shipping by card, it didn't download the label...how can I reprint the same label that's already been paid for? No help/support from Ebay! The Packlink Support link doesn't have the answers! On Packlink's website it says to enter an alphanumeric shipping code that identifies my order and starts with IT or UN.... But the only shipping code shown to me on Ebay is the code that starts with JF... and Packlink doesn't recognize it. I even went to the post office, but they can't help me. Please help me, I feel like crying 😞 Thanks
