DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS
Good afternoon, I’d like to ask something about shipping delays.
If, for example, I ship two days late, does the percentage of late shipments increase counting just one late shipment or two?
I’m not sure if I was clear: the more days late I ship, the worse it is? Or does it only count the order as late without looking at how many days late it is?
