Shipping Delay
Hello, I made a purchase on August 19 of an item from Japan, shipped right away 2 days later and it was supposed to arrive by August 30. According to the tracking, it arrived at the processing center in Milan, but it has been 5 days now and I still see no updates, it is stuck there. How can I resolve this and follow up? Thanks

In Milan there is customs and they decide the timing.
