at most you can make one shipment... unless you're a courier...
What counts is the actual shipping date, so if you stated in the listing that you have to ship by May 27 and you ship on the 28th, you will receive a performance defect for being late, significantly worsening the visibility of your next items.
For the buyer, it shouldn't create any major problems.
