Home pickup, shipment not made

Hello, I sold 2 items and shipped them through eBay’s service, I requested home pickup for the shipments on 18-01-23 but as of today no one has come to pick up the packages. What should I do? Since I have also already paid for the shipping??

Hello,

if the shipments are with Poste Italiane, you can go to the post office to send them... if they’re with SDA, you need to take them to the branch nearest you.

Or, if you want to waste more time asking for a new pickup, contact Packlink support:
