Late package pickup
Hello, I sold a phone and as shipping I selected home pickup
the next day a postman calls me asking for the municipality where to arrange the pickup and once I told him everything he said he would then send his colleagues since the municipality where the package was to be picked up was different from the one where the postman who called me was located
The fact is that since then, that is, Thursday March 2, no one has come to pick up the package and delivery is scheduled for March 7. Now I would like to know whether I should contact support. If so, how to contact them, or whether I should simply wait for them to come pick up the package

OP3 years agoin fact, but they probably gave it to him by mistake anyway the problem is that I've already paid for the pickup anyway thanks for the time

if you wait any longer, you risk not sending it at all...
Maybe it’s better to take it directly to the post office... I’ve never heard of a mail carrier calling to ask about the municipality... you should already have communicated the pickup address when purchasing the label...
