Withdrawal of a product from the seller
Hello,
I purchased a product with shipping "local pickup only";
since I am in another city, I will arrange for a courier to pick up the item I bought, but I have already contacted the seller twice to get the weight and dimensions of the package, along with the address to pick it up from, but I haven't received anything..
what should I do?

Mentore1 year agoIf I were the seller, I would cancel your purchase. If I only expect local pickup, I wouldn’t be happy to know that the customer intends to send me their own courier.
The risk of this operation would be very high; the delivery of the goods must take place only at the same time as the QR code in the buyer’s hands is scanned. Without the code, the seller would have no proof of having delivered the goods and would risk being forced to refund later.

OP1 year agoThanks, but the seller isn't responding to me and hasn't rejected the order; instead, he accepted the payment a couple of days ago already

Mentore1 year agoThe seller is not entitled to refuse the payment, since you made the payment to eBay.
