Pickup in the area with shipping

I made a sale to a customer with pickup in area, but I shipped it, I don't have the pickup code

How can I do it?

You can only hope the buyer is honest and doesn’t ask you for a refund.

If he opens a refund claim for item not received, without a tracking code you won’t be able to prove delivery and you’ll be forced to refund.

If only local pickup was expected, you shouldn’t have shipped it.
