Package pickup
Summary: A discussion on 'ritiro pacco' took place, but no specific details were provided in the conversation.
I purchased two items from Australia, I received two emails from AUPost, on February 8 and 11, telling me
"attempted delivery" (attempted delivery), but even though I was at home, I didn’t see any couriers.
Today, checking the shipment, I read "awaiting collection at Italy" (waiting to be picked up in Italy)
I registered on the AU Post website, but I can’t find a way to contact them (only preset questions)
I can’t ask eBay to step in until February 17 and the seller is absent.
I don’t understand how to pick up the package.
Can you help me? Thanks

Mentore1 year agoThe Australian postal equivalent should be Poste Italiane or SDA (depending on the size).
They almost certainly have the package.

OP1 year agoThanks for the reply, the main problem was knowing which post office had it.
I solved it by calling eBay, the operator was able to tell me.
After picking up the package, the clerk at the counter and I found that the attempted-delivery notices were attached to the package and not left in my mailbox (so the postman never came by) . In cases of serious negligence by the Italian post office like this, I think eBay should provide all the data it has, since it has it and not make the buyer call to track down their package.
