Mentore3 years agoUsually this happens when the account is limited for too many unpaid items or when there are too many auctions in progress that you're participating in. https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/buying-limits-restrictions/limiti-restrizioni-di-acquisto?id=4012&st=3&pos=1&query=Limiti%20e%20restrizioni%20di%20acquisto&intent=limiti%20acquisto&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1058
If the reasons aren't these, contact eBay customer service: https://www.ebay.it/help/account/contacting-ebay-customer-service/contatta-ebay?id=4379&st=3&pos=1&query=Contatta%20eBay&intent=contatta%20ebay&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1326
