Ram robot present in the objects I observed.
Good morning, I would like to buy an Ariete Robot that I have added to the items you are watching. The first one has increased the price by almost twenty euros within the last few days, it is aostastor, a seller from Aosta. The second is a seller from Bari, whom I asked, for warranty purposes, for a piece of paper (receipt or invoice). He replied that the product comes from the manufacturer, while it says that they send it themselves, and that therefore I should ask the manufacturer for the proof of purchase (which is not valid for warranty purposes) after I have received the product at home. Then he added that it is sent by "enay" and that I have to request it myself. Can you give me an explanation because nothing makes sense. Thanks

the seller from Bari told you a load of lies...
If he is a professional seller (with VAT number), he is the one who has to provide you with an invoice or fiscal receipt... of course he can only provide it on request.
So make sure which seller you are buying from and clearly tell him that you want... from him... a fiscal document.
Otherwise move on...
