Hello. Basically, I bought an item that when it arrived was not the one in the seller’s listing. So I decided to return it, but the seller opened a dispute that he lost. Then another dispute over the shipment arose, which he lost, and he gave me the shipping label. At that point I thought I’d close the dispute and I shipped the package. Since I closed the dispute, I lost the right to a refund. It’s ridiculous: the seller will keep my money and the item too. Please help me.

Mentore1 year agoAnd unfortunately you thought wrong... very wrong... that’s the absurd part, also because when you closed it, eBay clearly warned you that you wouldn’t be able to open another one...
Now you can only try a chargeback with the help of your bank if you paid by card.
