breakage after two months of use
I bought an LED lamp with motion and light sensors.
after two months it broke (it keeps flashing even when it should be off)
there should be a two-year warranty like for all purchases.
The return request procedure won't start because too much time has passed since the purchase.
I sent two emails to the seller who didn't reply.
how should I proceed?
the item's cost is low but that isn't a sufficient reason for it to break after two months.

Mentore2 years agoYou bought from a seller who in their listings described themselves as - they currently have no active ones - a private seller, that is, without a shop, without a VAT number, not compliant from any point of view and without any guarantee; so all you can do is follow sika700's advice.

Mentore2 years agoIf you bought from a private seller, there is no warranty.
You can try contacting the payment method for a dispute or a chargeback on your card.
