Shameless thieves
The order appears to have arrived, but it hasn’t. I can’t request EBAY’s intervention even though 3 days have passed. The seller refuses to refund me. EBAY doesn’t call me even though I’ve asked to be called. I tried writing through Chat with us. They’re not available.....

Mentore3 years agoIf you ask in the right way, ebay will call you on the mobile number you registered on your account.

But if the order shows as delivered and the courier certifies it, ebay can do little.
Ask the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt, check the code and address. If the code and address are correct, it is impossible to get a refund through ebay and you can only take it up with the courier who certified the false delivery.
