non-selectable role for one of the stakeholders
Hello,
I have a professional seller account and a company with 3 partners. I need to enter the details of all the partners, and when doing so, I also need to select each partner’s role. The only option I see available is "beneficial owner (person who owns at least 25% of the company shares)". However, this role does not apply to one of the partners, but since I can’t select anything else the verification fails and my professional account is blocked.
Has this ever happened to anyone else? How did you solve it? After HOURS of multiple chats with support, I haven’t solved anything. If I mark him as beneficial owner the verification fails (it doesn’t match the company registry extract). If I don’t enter his details, it also fails because one of the interested parties is missing as shown in the registry extract.
Would you kindly have any suggestions?
