Hi, as per the title I bought 4 used tires, but looking closely at the photos to me they seemed excellent and well kept; what arrived at my house were tires like the ones in the photo but more worn on the sides and cracked on the inside, which is why my tire fitter refused to mount them on the car, quite rightly, because they were irregular. So I filed a return as an item not conforming and defective; the seller tried to pressure me, saying they were "off-road" tires and that I should have known what they were for, but if the listing doesn’t say they are for a specific use, how am I supposed to know? And then the item was different from the photos. On top of that, I also had to pay the return shipping costs, a nice 50 euros, because I’m the one who has to pay even though I was sent the wrong item?
