Hello everyone, I have my funds blocked, account restricted
I have the funds blocked and the account restricted and they asked me for purchase invoices which obviously I don't have because they are items I got a long time ago

Mentore2 years agoIt’s hard to give advice without seeing what you were selling.
If you were selling used items, stating that they had been in your possession for a long time, there shouldn’t be any problem talking to eBay customer support.
If you were selling new items or items claimed to be such, I think it’s hard to get out of it. They’ll keep your funds suspended until the end of the review or until you hand over what they asked for.

OP2 years agoNo, what do you mean new? They’re Pokémon cards graded from ’99, how am I supposed to get invoices? The problem is the amount is high and they’re starting to really irritate me
