A few weeks ago I accidentally bought an item from a seller, because I was negotiating with someone else and carelessly accepted his offer.I promptly wrote to him that my purchase had been made by mistake because of my carelessness, I apologized and politely also asked him if I could cancel the order.He replied very rudely that it was my f**king problem, he started insulting me and my family, even making jokes with racist undertones (he Spanish) I Italian, he kept insulting me, I reported everything to eBay, but so far there has been no response from eBay, even when I try to ask for help from eBay chat it can't connect, what could I do ?
