Hello, I ordered a 4-level stand with dividers and 4 trays per level, and I received one without dividers and with 2 trays per level; the cost is lower, how can I request the difference? Thanks.

You can ask for a return (at the seller's expense) and a refund for an item not as described.

Eventually, the seller may offer to let you keep the item, with a partial refund, and you can accept it or not.
