all feedback is published... of course it happens!
Even when leaving feedback, you have to follow eBay's rules... if they aren't followed or the rating is defamatory, the seller, who knows how to handle it, requests its removal.
Also, feedback doesn't solve the problem... leaving a review like "The item never arrived." has it solved the problem by getting the item delivered to you?
The feedback released is deleted when it violates eBay rules or the code regulations regarding defamation. Just include a subjective judgment in the feedback, so that the seller can request its removal.
