Hello, how is it possible that an eBay certified seller refuses a cancellation and doesn't ship?
Summary: diegdrdicerbo is asking how it is possible for an eBay certified seller to refuse a cancellation and not ship the product. sika700 replied, but the content of the message is not available.
I accidentally purchased an item from an eBay certified seller: I canceled the order in the very next minute, but the seller refused the cancellation; moreover, 20 days have passed and he still hasn't shipped, and meanwhile his feedback has gone from 90% positive to 33% positive, a clear sign of shutting down due to bankruptcy or scam: HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT EBAY ALLOWS THIS ON ITS PLATFORM, AND CONTINUES TO CERTIFY THE SELLER? IF EBAY DOESN'T MONITOR IT, ON THE CONTRARY GUARANTEES IT BY CERTIFYING IT, IS IT COLLABORATING OR AT LEAST ASSISTING THE SCAM? THANK YOU

Mentore1 year agoWhat do you mean by "certified seller"???
I’ve been selling on eBay for years and I’ve never received any certificate!
So if their feedback has dropped significantly, that means it wasn’t all that "certified" after all... because a 90% feedback rate already doesn’t qualify someone to take part in any performance rating program.
Open a report, before it’s too late:
