Hi, how does the warranty work for household appliances?
I bought an electric broom after 13 months it no longer works I contacted the seller who told me the warranty is 12 months. But by law the warranty is 2 years, or am I wrong? Who should I contact?

Mentore2 years agoIf the seller is a professional seller with registered office in an EU country, the legal warranty is 24 months.
If you bought in a shop in a non-EU country, EU rules do not apply.
