Mentore1 year agoEbay has never sold anything, except virtual commercial spaces to the various sellers.
The 24-month legal guarantee is an obligation of individual EU professional sellers. So you need to contact whoever sold it to you.
For the commercial warranty, the Beko service one, the ebay transaction should be sufficient as proof of purchase, where the following are specified: the date, the item and the seller.
