Hello, I would need your help since I bought a mobile phone from your platform, and the seller shipped it within the expected time, but the post office where the item is deposited is currently closed due to damage and it is not giving me any information about when and where I can collect the package.
When I call Poste Italiane I’m told that eBay can get in touch and get some information, I’m sending you the tracking details and waiting for your instructions thanks

the person who sent you the package is the seller, so for information about it you should contact them, even if I doubt they can help you.
If you check the tracking directly on the Poste Italiane website, it shows the post office where it can be picked up... it seems strange to me that it's closed...

You should also hurry up and collect it, because after 10 days of storage it will be sent back to the sender and you won't be able to claim a refund.
