Hello, I purchased the item below:

The item arrived damaged: one corner of the tablet where the headphone jack is located is completely broken.
I started the return procedure as предусмотрed by the rules, I added 3 photos, indicated the type of damage, but then it won't let me send anything, the Submit button is not clickable. I would like instructions on how to proceed.
PS. I live in Spain but I am temporarily in Italy, in the place where the transaction with the seller took place.
