Hello, I purchased a product and the delivery was to a place far from my residence

I tried to cancel the order because the seller wasn't responding, and then he got in touch. We agreed that he would refuse the order cancellation and that he would send the item to my home for about 20 euros in shipping. Now he's asking me to send him the code I would have to give if I picked it up in his area, but I'm afraid that if I do that he'll keep the money and the goods will show as delivered. I kindly ask for support. Unfortunately, in this jungle you can't trust anyone anymore, even if they seem like an honest person on the surface!

Mentore1 year agoIf he shipped it without that code, you could keep the item and ask for a refund (since without that code he wouldn’t be able to prove delivery to eBay).
The order should have been canceled.
Now you’re in a situation where one of the two would be at risk, and it’s going to be hard to get out of it.
