Hello, I bought the book on February 28, 2023, and today, April 4, it still hasn't arrived.

It’s April 4 and there’s still no sign of it.
The package can’t be tracked
Can someone help me? Especially so I can get my money back if the book still doesn’t arrive. Thanks a lot

if the estimated delivery date was less than 30 days ago, you can open a report:
Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
Or you can contact the payment method, open a dispute on Paypal, or request a chargeback on the credit card.
