Hello, I haven't received the item because it shows as delivered, but I haven't received anything
I filed a dispute with eBay and PayPal but nothing, they closed it because it shows as delivered

Mentore1 year agoAsk the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt and check whether the code and address match. To overcome their skepticism, tell them you need it to file a complaint against the courier.
If the code and address match, it means the courier certified that a package with that code was delivered to your address. If it shows as delivered, there will be very little you can do and any refund request will be rejected. You’ll only be able to start the signature denial procedure against the courier.
