Hello. I'm not at all experienced.
I posted listings with local pickup. However, I receive an offer that is €2 lower, but from a faraway city, I don't reply at all. This morning eBay tells me that my offer at the original price has been accepted, also from the faraway city. I didn't give my bank account details, so I believe everything is blocked. But if I were interested, how do I proceed? Also, I hope eBay doesn't penalize me for not having accepted

maybe it would have been a good idea to read how eBay works... before using it:

If you have not communicated and therefore updated your account with an IBAN, eBay will never be able to pay out your earnings, even in the case of local pickup with advance payment.
The issue is not whether you are interested or not... the fact is that you sold an item and made a commitment to the buyer, who, if they have already paid you, is entitled to their item.
So, since you are not planning to ship it, arrange with the buyer for a possible cancellation of the order.
