Hi, I wasn't able to pick up the order at the Post Office depot, so did they send it back to the sender?
Has this happened to you? Did you get the refund or did they postpone it?

Mentore1 year agoIf you don't pick up the package within the 14 days available to you, you are not entitled to a refund.
You can only request a new shipment at your own expense.
