Hello, I returned to the seller an item that I had entered by mistake when the package arrived I opened it to show it to my wife, and it is a mattress pad that doesn't suit us, even though I didn't want to I tried it by inflating it, after which (having ascertained that it is a double bed one I returned it to the seller) he tells me that since I opened it it is as if it were used, and he wants to give me half the money, in my opinion this is not legal, also because he can rewrap the mattress pad as if it were new.
