Hello, issue with returning an item

Hello, I bought an item that arrived but it does not match the characteristics of the item I requested, and when I tried to return it the seller asked me to ship it at my own expense. Ok, but the problem is that the eBay app does not allow me to buy a return label; in fact, when I check the return status it mostly tells me that it has been sent back, while I still have the item here. How can I do to return it? Since the eBay app, after numerous complaints, does not allow me to buy a return label!

In these cases (does not match the item description in the listing) it is the seller who must provide you with the return label.
Try to get contacted by ebay customer service, use the link at the bottom of the page that I attached and see if there is a way to resolve it.

OP1 year agoI tried to contact them and/or write about the problem, but I haven’t received any response, the seller justifies it by saying that he is in China and therefore it’s not possible to buy a return label on eBay, strangely enough some time ago I bought a product in the UK and was able to return it, other purchases on AliExpress or Temù had no problem with returns, in short it seems like a riddle
