Hello, if a seller doesn't accept returns. If you receive a broken or defective item, does eBay handle the return for you?

Mentore2 years agoIn the case of a defective item or one that does not match the listing, what the seller writes is absolutely irrelevant.
In these cases, if you request a return by choosing the correct reason, the seller is forced (by eBay, according to Italian law) to accept the return.
