Hello, I'm selling some items....I chose "NO RETURNS ACCEPTED" but in the listing it keeps showing RETURNS ACCEPTED
What should I do....isn't there a number to contact eBay?

Mentore3 years agoI would also add that it would be better to remove the wording that appears in every one of your listings... bear in mind that you are a professional and have the related obligations!

Mentore3 years agoYou need to contact Minister Urso and ask for a special exemption from Legislative Decree 206/05, which would require professional sellers to accept returns if the customer changes their mind.
