If you received the confirmation email for the refund issuance on the 18th, the refund has already been sent. The refund always follows the same path as the payment, in reverse.So from ebay the transfer was made to PayPal, as you have already verified, and PayPal sent it on to your credit card.Paypal normally has fairly quick processing times, so the problem should be your credit card. himario
