you didn't explain the reason why the seller should have refunded you... did you ask for it properly using the procedures that ebay provides?

Hello, I checked my bank statement and there is no credit of 33.00 euros.

It was in the month of December that I, ironically, entered the wrong code by mistake, but then I sent the correct one.

The seller keeps saying that they can’t find any match for the item: velvet pants, with lining, order number:20-10939-18278.

They wanted my full name, saying that with the full first and last name the search would be easier, I am very disappointed.

I want the money I spent to be refunded.
