good evening. I have this type of problem. I bought some RAM that don’t work and, without me knowing it, I wrote what I’ll put in parentheses to the seller (my computer uses this type of Memory - Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Technology - 2 x DDR3 DIMM slots - Supports DDR3 1600/1333/1066 non-ECC, un-buffered memory (DDR3 1600 with Intel® Ivy Bridge CPU, DDR3 1333 with Intel® Sandy Bridge CPU) I tested all the sticks one by one and none of them work on my computer and that is why I am asking for a return of the item) and I added the wrong size, considering they are 1333Mhz and my pc uses 1333Mhz ,as a claim and now I find myself having to spend from 38... to 47... € to send it back to him, when I paid 38.99 GBP for the RAM. I’m dismayed by the rip-off! can you tell me what I can do? I’m waiting for news thanks!

Mentore3 years agoYou bought some server memory (ECC) ... which is not compatible with normal desktops (non-ECC)... you should have been more careful!
Now, if you want to return them, you have to ship them at your own expense... that's how it goes...
