Do you know the customer service email or phone number?
Good morning, I paid 11.95 for two items, but the items never arrived. Ebay is refunding me 9.11, without giving an explanation as to why less. The seller says that you need to contact Ebay, but there is no email or do you know of a phone number in Italy to contact them. They closed the case without saying why
