I bought a Nintendo Switch from them, I’m trying to contact them to find out when the shipment will leave, since the expected date is between tomorrow and Wednesday and the package still hasn’t shipped, but they never reply to me.

No need to reply. It’s also pointless to ask now whether the seller is trustworthy.
