I bought an item in the USA and the seller didn't make sure the label had my address on it, the shipper swapped the labels and I ended up receiving a toy ... when I contacted the seller and on his forum they advised him to ignore it because the problem isn't his ... and that he pays to avoid having problems meanwhile I spent money and can't get any kind of refund at all?
