Good morning, my 17-year-old nephew received as a gift from an East Asian country a pair of NIKE AIR MAX PLUS shoes that we determined were NOT ORIGINAL but COUNTERFEIT
Can I sell them on E Bay as non-original shoes without running into problems?

Mentore2 years agoIn China it’s possible to sell them, but in Italy it would be a criminal offense.
Anyone who sells counterfeit goods risks prison. According to the Penal Code , anyone who keeps for sale, offers for sale or otherwise puts into circulation, for the purpose of making a profit, industrial products with counterfeit or altered trademarks or other distinguishing marks, is punishable by imprisonment for up to two years and a fine of up to 20,000 euros.
