Good morning, the shoes are counterfeit, you can really tell from the colors, and on top of that I’ve been using Premiata for ages, and size 41 is what I wear; these don’t even fit me, and the seller is making fun of me, saying his friend should come pick up the shoes. I want my refund

Good morning, I am asking about two purchases: one for a return because the seller is just wasting time, and one where he sends a friend of his to my house, gives me the money, and picks up the return .!? The other one, failed delivery? Both are orders for shoes. Awarded
