good evening, I sold the product brand new, sealed in a box (collectible figurine), packed in bubble wrap and in a cardboard box (I also have photos of the packing process), but upon receiving the package the buyer writes that the figurine box itself arrived completely crumpled (the product itself is fine and was not destroyed) and writes to me asking me to send her some money on PayPal as compensation! Sorry but is this normal? So it turns out you can buy a product, crush the box and get more money for it? Nice plan... I refused to pay, so the buyer wants to make a return. Sorry, but is it really my fault if the box was damaged so badly?
If the goods are returned to me I will lose at least 12 euros for delivery both ways and + I will be left with a completely crumpled and destroyed box... ? what should I do?

Mentore1 year agoYou don’t have to think much about it... if it opens a return request for an item that doesn’t match, you already know you’ll have to arrange the pickup at your own expense and then reimburse... otherwise you lose the money and the item.
That’s how it works, unfortunately...
Have a good evening.
