Discount on multiple purchases
Hello, I recently listed an item for sale, then added another quantity for a total of 2. I’d like to offer a 5 or 10% discount for anyone who buys both, but I can’t find the option anywhere... is that something only shops can do? Or should I have set the availability to 2 pieces from the start?
And another question: did they remove the option to chat and send emails to ask for support? A few months ago I did everything in chat, but now I can’t find anything other than links to guides, the community, or requesting a phone call from them....
