After a purchase from an Italian seller, I thought the receipt would automatically arrive but nothing, requested it the next day and nothing..what do I do

Mentore3 years agoNothing... you simply needed to know that for online purchases there is no obligation to issue a tax document... and whoever does not have a physical store certainly cannot issue a receipt!
So any tax document must be expressly requested before or during the purchase from the professional EU seller... because it also depends on who you buy from...
So unfortunately “thinking” is not enough... what’s needed is “knowing”...
