"Professional Seller" label disappeared
Good evening guys,
I switched from private seller to professional in June 2024, about 6 months ago; however, for a couple of months now my profile has been shown as "private" on the search engine instead of "professional". When I open one of my listings, my shop opens with the correct information, but in the list of all products I still appear as private. Now, this is causing damage to my business, first because it discourages potential buyers from clicking on one of my listings, and second because I pay the fees as a professional seller without actually benefiting from the visibility advantage.
I've already contacted support 4 times by phone, they obviously couldn't help me, saying it was a bug and that technical support was working on it. 2 months have already passed, and now I don't know how to proceed, I also sent a series of emails to which I never received a reply. Do you have any suggestions on what to do?

out of curiosity... do you pay the fees as a private individual or as a professional?
Because that would be the height of it...

unfortunately I pay for them as a professional, so on top of the damage there’s also the insult. As long as it’s about taking my money they make no mistakes, but when I need support for my business they wash their hands of it..I really have no idea how to deal with this at this point.
