Mentore1 year agoIt depends on who is offering the discount.
If it's a discount offered by eBay (for example, one that applies to all sellers in a certain category), you can combine it with the offer. If instead it's a discount that the seller has joined (the discount is funded by them), it's generally not combinable with the offer.
